Our rental territory includes all of Mount Desert Island (MDI), the Cranberry Isles, Swans Island, and some nearby towns on the mainland. The four official towns on MDI are Bar Harbor, Mount Desert, Southwest Harbor and Tremont. These four towns are composed of their downtown areas and several outlying "villages" such as Eden, Hulls Cove, Town Hill, Salsbury Cove, Otter Creek, Seal Harbor, Northeast Harbor, Somesville, Pretty Marsh, Hall Quarry, Seawall, Manset, Seal Cove, West Tremont, Bernard, and Bass Harbor, to name a few.
