DESCRIPTION: Charming guest cottage located near the Claremont Hotel. Follow the mowed path that leads you down to a beautiful shoreline of granite ledges and a sandy beach where one can spend the day gazing out over the water watching the passing boats, view of  Somes Sound and the mountains of Acadia. These lovely views can also be seen from the deck of the cottage.  Just a short car ride from downtown Southwest Harbor where one can shop, dine or catch a ride on the free Island Explorer for a day of discovering all the Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park have to offer.

LAYOUT FIRST LEVEL: Enter into a hallway that leads to a full bath and a bedroom with a queen bed.  Off the hallway you will find an open floor plan consisting of the kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room offers a large light filled picture window and just off the dining area there is a set of sliding glass doors leading to the furnished deck. SECOND LEVEL:  Upstairs you will find another open floor plan w/ 3 twin beds and a 3/4 bath with shower only.
