Hi!, I'm Diane Phipps, licensed broker with The

I began my Real Estate career in the early 1970's
then took a break to raise a family and acquire a college degree.
I returned to Real Estate in 2002, after living on Mount Desert Island for 15 years. My degree in
environmental psychology focused on people in their personal space. I have the skill and training to match the
property buyer to the perfect home that meets their needs. Or in an office situation, to create a work environment
that will increase the occupant's productivity. As the newest member of The Davis Agency team, it is a delight to work
with others of such high integrity and cooperative spirit. There are many details involved in a real estate
transaction and I can provide my clients with a list of mortgage lenders, home inspectors, title companies, building contractors
and attorneys that meet The Davis Agency's standard for integrity, honestly and ability to get the job done in a timely manner.
